Contract
We promise you to send your order as soon as possible. All products present on the shop are in stock and can be ordered.
Products
Pictures ands details of products are just here for information and can be slightly different from those you are ordered. Shipping delays are about 2 weeks after payment.
Prices
Prices include V.A.T. and are in Euros. But you will have to pay some customs fees that are not included. It depends on your country.
Shipping charge is not included in the prices but calculated and integrated to the bill before payment .
Returns
If you are not satisfied about the product you received, you have 7 days to return it to us within its own package. You will be in charge of shipping cost.
If you just want to change the product by another one, we will ask you also to participate to the shipping cost.
In each case, contact us before sending back the product or we will ignore it.
If we accept your return, you will have your money back in 15 days maximum. | |
